Right this subject has been covered i am sure. I just wanted to start a new thread to ask my questions.
I have ordered signing keys from BB and got 3.csi file that needed to be installed. Now this i have done successfully. What exactually are these .csi files ? I thought i needed to order signing codes/keys for each restricted class i want to use.
Can someone please shed some light on this situation.
Thanks a mil

The BlackBerry JDE Signature keys are a combination of three csi files RBB, RCR and RRT and these CSR file actually have the some private keys which would be used to send to server while you are signing your application. On basis of these signature details, server could understand whether this is a valid signature or not and if valid signature found you would get information to sign your COD file. Once your COD file will be signed, it can use restricted API's.
Once you have a set of all CSI files, you can sign any number of applications. You can use any number of classes in your application which are using the restricted APIs.

Thank you for your reply dude.
So basically i have got these 3 file, i have installed them. Now i can sign my app and then i can use any restricted class? I thought that i would have to get code signing for each restricted class. Is this not the case ? Sorry for the questions but i don't want to bugger this up
