download file to the mobile ( not SDCard)

[ Edited ]

Hi everybody,

As I said in the title, I want to download and saving a file inside my application folder or anywhere else but I don't know how to do it .

this code doesn't work :

            dbFullName = "db.sqlite";

            dbPath = "file:///store/home/user/" + dbFullName;

            FileConnection fconn = (FileConnection) Connector.open(dbPath, Connector.READ_WRITE);
            if (!fconn.exists()) {

I get a FileIOException with error code 1003
