for BlackBerry Push Service(BIS) need alliance membership or not?

hello all,

I want to use BlackBerry Push Service Essentials(BIS) in my application, but i am not the alliance member of the BlackBerry. I am using direct TCP/IP through APN settings in my application to access internet. Please tell me for BlackBerry Push Service Alliance Membership required or not?

Thanks & Regards,

Dinesh Aggarwal

I don't think it is required. My company is not an alliance of BB, but still I successfully tested push evaluation service yesterday.
