free test web-service with proper MIME types

I have an application and I want to play with installing my app via OTA technology. My application consists of several parts (main part and libraries) and I want to test my jad-file. So I want to ask if anybody knows some free web-service which will have proper MIME types:

For .cod files, set the MIME type to application/vnd.rim.cod.
For .jad files, set the MIME type to text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-desc
For .jar files, set the MIME type to application/java-archive.

So I'll be able just to upload  my files to it and to get links to uploaded files.

Just don't want to install my own server and to save my time.

Re: free test web-service with proper MIME types

I installed Apache server (for windows it's very easy) and checked mime.types file - all necessary mime types were already present there.

So when installation was finished Apache server was started. I copied my jad and cod files to the htdocs folder and added link to the jad file to the index.html page. Here are helpful docs:

Then I renamed my .cod file to .zip, unzipped it and removed .zip file. Also I changed MIDlet-Jar-Size to 0 value. Thats all.

In spite of my expectation all this took very few time.
