fresh & new in java programming

Hi all,

 

i am new in java programming.

 

so for early step, can you guys inform me,

what are the different between java applet and java netbean? which better in process of develop java application?

Enclipse is different with those two, or same?

 

And also, what different the Java Development Section and Web Development Section in this forum?

Because i try to develop application for Blackberry and not clear which section i need to submit my question.

blackberry java is based on j2me, so neither applet nor netbean are applicable here.

you can use java or html5 (webworks) to develop for blackberry OS, depends on what you like better and what you want to achieve.
html5 will not give you a java application, so if you are set on that select java on the landing page and follow the instructions.

Hi.

 

So in process of developing application in Blackberry, i need to use java, either applet, nor netbean. right?

Can you suggest the software that i can use to develop the application?

 

Also can you suggest any online toturial that can guide me in early process of this?

The only toturial that i found is Hello World. I try to find other toturial beside Hello World.
