I am not 100% sure what you are asking, but do recommend the following if you wish to listen for incoming email messages.

Add a listener to a folder

What Is - Application is not notified when new messages arrive
Article Number: DB-00153

How to - Send and receive email messages through the BlackBerry Email Server Simulator in standalone mode
Article Number: DB-00576
