I wanna to export an Excel format file(.xls), and i tried jxl but not worked because BlackBerry API lacks of java.XX class.
So does anyone have other methods doing this?

Have you tried creating a csv file using a standard PC text editor and then displaying that using Excel?
You need to understand how to do that before you start trying to code the BlackBerry to write a similar file.
