Check out the development guide. Depending on what version you're using, it should be in the "Using the Phone Application" chapter. In 4.2.1 it's in a section called "Access and Use Call Logs".

i m working on version 4.5,would u help me through example on phone calllog..in which there is.whether call is received ,dialed aur missed. pleasehelp me in this. i m new in blackberry development.
