in connection in wifi

for a connection with ;deviceside=true, in url which used in httpconnection, if the WiFi enabled phone does come into WiFi coverage, will it automatically route the request over WiFi? Is there anything to add in url my url is http://myserver.com/servlet/sapme?data=0

My Device: BlackBerry PRIV
My Carrier: Bell

Re: in connection in wifi

Specifying deviceside=true instructs that the connection be made over the carrier's network.  If the carrier supports UMA, then the connection could be made over Wi-Fi (still going through the carrier's network).  You can use ;deviceside=true;interface=wifi to make a connection directly over Wi-Fi.
