Re: module attempts to access a secure API

I just solved my problem.

I used to send the old compiled file in C:/[My App Root]/Bin/StandardInstall/index.cod to my BlackBerry. However, when you compile an app by signing it, the .cod file is created in the .csi directory. In my case it was C:/Signed/StandardInstall/index.cod...

Hope it would help.

Re: module attempts to access a secure API

[ Edited ]

By registering all 3 CSI files allowed my app to be shown. I realized some possible issues...

1) once you have had the error message of trying to access a secure API, the app will no longer respond to any promptings and looks like it will hang there after.

2) The registration of all three keys may need to be made a little clearer and possibly associated on one email with three downloads would be better.

PS : to be noted this was for an 8520 app using webworks
