notifyDestroyed() sends Pushregistry MIdlet to background

Calling notifyDestroyed() in the Pushregistry midlet sends the app to the background.

I am dynamically checking for available connections and registering it. If in destroyApp I call PushRegistry.unregisterConnection() just for testing purpose, application is closed normally. But I need using of PushRegistry so that  AMS will listen  for inbound communication and launch the app when it receives an sms on the registered port. Any solution?

I have tested it on Curve 9300.
