if I develop an app for os6 and I need to deploy it on os7 device, would it work in a fine way ?, and if it not how can I develop and app for the both versions, thanks in advance guys

Yes it should work fine. Build it with JRE 6 and it will work for OS 7. If you build it with JRE 7.1 for example though, it will not work backwards with OS 6.
If you build with JRE 5 it will work on OS 6, and OS 7

I am guessing that this is just a problem that OS 6 ignores but OS 7 does not. So you will just need to debug this and find out what is causing it in OS 7. I see you are having a problem with this:
so perhaps we should continue the discussion in that Thread.
