problem with end key

Hi i am ravi i m new developer in blackberry, i am using keychar() method when i use escap key then it exit app when i m used end key (red button) then app is exit but when i start app again than it remains same state, how i change it, i want start it frm intial state

The red escape key does not close an application but instead moves an application into the background.  You can override the activate and deactivate methods in the Application class to capture these events and perform any required application initialization.
