recording not happening in the device

I have created a recording application. The application is working totally fine in simulator, but when i install it in the device it is showing problems. Actually when i start and quickly stop the recording, the audio recording is not getting stored in the outputstream, but if sufficient time is given between the start and the stop while recording it is storing the audio data... pls help..not getting any clue as to why its happening

Re: recording not happening in the device

Put break points in the app around the steps that you think are causing the problem.  Make sure that the recording is actually happening as quickly as you expect it too.

Here is a KB article that might help with debugging on device:

http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Java-Development/How-Do-I-Debug-on-a-Live-Device/ta-p/446842

You should probably also put debugging output (System.out...) lines in these key areas too - then if you can't get a match for the debug files at least you will still see the logging output.
