If the sample doesn't work verify few things:
1. Make sure your application is registered with RIM, on succesfull registration u will receive an email
2. in email check the "Configuration properties for the push-enabled application (client application)" section
u will find there an Application ID, URL(with http not https) and port number
3. From urban airship u should take the Application Key and Application Secret
4. Run application on real device (u should register to push service with real pin)
if it still doesn't work, debug on real device and check the log messages for status codes etc.
Hope it helps

Well I've tried both Urban Airship and xtify; and sample BlackBerry codes for both.
Both devices are able to register to Server (Urban Airship and Xtify), but can't receive test notifications.
Has anyone successfully implemented Push on BlackBerry?
