About Hub Integration

Hello

Hub integration is a powerfull and useful feature, and I'm trying to understand if I need to use this one or not.
I already know that I need to request for permissions from blackberry (and I should choose if I want to have headless app permission or Hub integration permission)

But I just don't fully understand the architecture of the app when its integrated to a hub (maybe because of an absence of examples)

Should application have headless part when it is integrated to a hub?

Re: About Hub Integration

Not necessarily, what's your app?

Unless it is something processing the activity on the hub I doubt it's needed.

Re: About Hub Integration

My app should work like an extension for Email application

I'm interested if it's possible to add an email account to a device so it is shown in hub like account of my application, not ordinary email account? Smiley Happy

Re: About Hub Integration

No, it doesn't need headless app but hub doesn't provide extensions to email.
