I've had about 8 people message me on the same day saying that they're having issues installing my app. It's been several weeks since i've released any update and no changes have been made on my part that would cause an issue like this, how do I get ahold of someone at Blackberry to see what was going wrong so i can respond to all these "help me's"
seems to me there was an issue with app world that day, but if that's the case some notification should have been sent out to users or me or something instead of users paying for and not being able to install an app that's worked fine since Feb 1.
