After i update DevAlpha to 10.0.0.9.1675 and SDK to Gold (and recompile succesfully my projects), i dont get prompts for application permission at first startup of program. Also I dont see permissions listed in Settings->Security and privacy->Application permissions. This was working before update.

Yeah, I noticed that, too yesterday. What I did was to security wipe the device (it took quite a long time, maybe 1.5 hours) and after that I was asked again for all the permissions of my applications. Didn't notice if they appear under the Application Permissions setting though.

I don't care if this is a bug on DevAlpha, because programs runs normally (all those programs was installed before and reinstalled). I'm interested is this gonna work as it should on device where it wasn't installed before.

I'm going to look into the permission issue. But regarding the BBM registration issue, have you updated your registration code to use the new registration sequence? Details are here:

In the current OS the permissions prompt doesn't appear if you uninstall and re-install an application. It appears to use the same permission settings you previously granted.
You can verify the permission settings by opening the Settings app and going to Security and Privacy then Application Permissions.

Permission settings are empty.
I haven't been able to reproduce this.
Have you tried more than one app? If not can you try one of the BBM Samples? I'm wondering if it's an issue with a particular app/project or an issue with the device.

In my DevAlpha, permissions list are empty too. And i have a lot of applications which all need different permissions to run. DevAlpha is on 10.0.9.1675
I guess issue is on the device.
