They were recorded, and generally the Jam sessions have been posted, so I expect the answer is yes, they will be.

When? They always take something like 1-2 weeks to get them processed and up, though it's gradually been getting faster over time.

There's no official comment that I've seen about either of those things so this is just my guesses.
