Are there offline versions of the API documentation?

Like Adobe's ASDoc, which can be downloaded and viewed offline. I have volume based internet and I'd like to be able to peruse the documentation without having to connect to the same page over and over again on different sessions.

I wonder when Cascades with all the BB investments becomes as good as our free Qt with its Assistant and context help in Qt Creator.
