BB 10.1 Beta 2 sdk (3/8/2013) doesn't install on Windows 7 64bit

[ Edited ]

Hi, I downloaded the SDK installer-bbndk-bb10_1_x-win32-807-201302262307-201303050627.exe from

And trying to install it yields:

The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running.

But the BB 10.1 Beta 1 (installer-bbndk-bb10_1_x-win32-338-201302012246-201302051445.exe)

runs fine.    I checked the MD5 sum, the file is not corrupt.  Anyone get this to work?
