BB 10 sim port problem..

Hi everyone.


I have the BB 10 dev alpha device. unluckly I inserted the sim in reverse order so it seems the inside sim port is damaged due to that device is not detecting the SIM though im inserting the SIM.


So how can i recover it.


Any ideas..

Thaks MShom,
Im also facing the same problem..As per your suggestion I put a mail to them..They said they cant replace the alpha device..and apart from SIM we can connect the device with wifi.

Wifi is good option. As With SIM card inserted we can not use data plan as carrier APN is not save on BB10 device. So if you only need data connectivity then wifi is good option.
