BB10 Application hangs when loading

Currently, the app does a network request when it loads to get some data. When the app loads in a no network coverage situation it hangs/loads until it getsa  network coverage.

The issue I am having is that when I kill the appplication, during a no network coverage situation, the application icon grey's out indefintely.

What can possible cause this?

Re: BB10 Application hangs when loading

When it greys out that means it's failed to terminate.  So essentially something is still running or wasn't able to be disconnected/destroyed.  While using the ndk you can force close it by opening a QNX System Information perspective, selecting your device on the left & then right click and terminate your apps process.

I've noticed in the 10.2 dev build that there is an app manager in the settings that seems like it might allow users to manually close process in the event this does happen
