BB10 Dev Alpha Battery 0%

Hi, I don't know if my battery is dead or not. But my device need 48 hours for full battery. And when I remove the charger, the device off.

I updated, again, the OS but I got the same results.

Any idea?

Thank you

I have similar problem. I can use BB 10 only when connected to PC via USB. Battery doesn't charge at all.
