Beta 3 - ListView - cannot select item with tap

It appears that in order to select an item in a ListView you need to tap and hold for 3 seconds or so in order to bring up the Context Menu, but only if there are ActionItems defined for that list, otherwise there is no way to simply tap an item and have it selected.

Again have not been able to find anything in release notes about this change. Anyone got a clue how to enable tap to seldct behaviour from beta 2?

Re: Beta 3 - ListView - cannot select item with tap

I guess I should have paid more atention to the Multiselect Changes section of what's new:

https://developer.blackberry.com/cascades/documentation/dev/upgrading/multiselectchanges.html

And in order to implement what was previously known as Selection:Smiley Frustratedingle you would:

ListView {
onTriggered: {
        clearSelection()
        select(indexPath);
    }
}
