I have tried to use "bb.action.SENDEMAIL" instead of "bb.action.COMPOSE", but it always open the email composer and it also has a problem the subject and the body could not be set up with the specified parameters. Maybe the action of sendemail is not available right now.
I suggest you can use a web service to do this kind of business requirement.
As well as, there are two kinds of methodologies to get device id hardware info, one is using BPS, another one is using Hardwareinfo: http://developer.blackberry.com/cascades/reference

This can be done using bb:: pim::message API. Check the source code of messages application.
It will require a permission though (if composer is invoked as a card the permission isn't needed).

You can have a try to program this kind of function by Qt. I found one similar post but you need to modify: http://www.qtcentre.org/threads/2221-Sending-email
