BlackBerry development tutotials

I am a programmer, knowing a bit of C++, some Java and also C#.NET. I have no experience in mobile programming.

I want to start developing native apps for BlackBerry. I have no idea how QML works.

I also want to take care that my code becomes reusable for rolling out same app on Androis and iOS platform.

From where shall I start to learn? Is there any indepth tutorial available?
