Im also facing same problem simulator got stuck on start service]screen..

and my system cnfigruation is 32 bit and standard VGA graphic adapter....plz help.

hello friends,
i have solved this issue this is mainly due to inappropriate graphic drivers you need to download Intel VGA Drivers.i have download it from this link.
http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/misc/vga/Intel_VGA_Driver_V917102828_Win7_8.zip
