Call attachedobject from within the context menu

Dear developers

 

When I press an action in the contextmenu in my list, I want to open a sheet that is attached on my page. But when I try that, he keeps saying that he can't find that sheet. Is it correct to say that the contextmenu only knows the element where he is defined in? I thought that my call would be bubbled up until he found it, but that's not what it does.

 

I need that attachedobject also in my page, so it's not possible to define it in the same element as where my context menu is defined in.

ListItemComponents have their own visibility scope. This thread discusses a similar issue and the workaround:
