slashkyle, can you please confirm that before you created that ticket, you had applied the changes I suggested in http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Cascades-De
I'm going to report this issue (again) if you did indeed do that and yet the ticket still came out non-public.
Edit: never mind, I hadn't looked at the second page of messages when I typed that, and forgot you'd already confirmed it. Thanks.

yeah i submitted a different ticket a week earlier & it is still in triage so i don't see this one being cleared through any sooner
now we should all send in tickets to see tickets while in triage

It's possible there's not a technical problem, but merely a documentation or usability one, but one thing that's interesting here is that we non-BB users do not see any "Issue Visible To" field, so if it's set private somehow, and not properly overridden by the our Reporter preferences, then maybe that's where the issue lies.

Confirmed that Issue Visible To is set to private. I'll escalate this to the JIRA development team; specifically that:
