There's no API - so it's more in the OS than SDK, but yes. It's in PlayBook OS 2.1.
Purely serial data going in and out of the file. No API/IOCTLs or anything to find what you're talking to.

Can you elaborate more on what correctly configured means. I powered up my Android ADk and connected the USB Host to the Playbook USB, But the /dev/aap0 didnt show up. Do we need to connect it with the USB OTG cable?
Its almost been a year when the demo was shown by RIM and no one has yet released the code over it. A little help over the connection and code would be benifical for people loving Robotics and to the ones who want ot develop Accessories for the BB10 environment using Cascades.

By correctly configured, you need to have the host hardware activated on the Arduino.
Here's a link to a demonstration of USB+HDMI+BT connectivity that was given at BlackBerry Jam Europe.
