Completely new to developing

I'm a huge BlackBerry fan and I would like to give developing a shot. I have absolutely no experience developing any apps. I know very small amount of html, but not really a useful amount. I was thinking of learning cascades which seems to be the most powerful for developing bb10 apps. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have so much to learn. Thanks!

Also if you don't feel like learning C++ you can always use Python (which in my opinion is easier to learn) through BlackBerry-Py, which works very well. http://blackberry-py.microcode.ca/

Re: Completely new to developing

You should be able to create simple applications in pure qml, which is a lot easier to learn than c++/Qt.
You could also check out html5/webworks.
