I am a developer. I have difficulties with ffmpeg lib. particularly with it's building for qnx. My question is for developers. I want to know how to configure ffmpeg before building it.

There are several existing threads regarding building ffmpeg for qnx.
Read this one for start:
There is also Martin Reeds libffbb which is using ffmpeg and it is precompiled on github:
And example how to use this lib:

thread doesn't helped. it gave error while configuring
arm-unknown-nto-qnx6.5.0eabi-gcc is unable to create an executable file.
C compiler test failed.
samples in github contain old version of ffmpeg 0.11.1 version. I need to compile version 2.

That was sample how to build ffmpeg for playbook, it was os 2.0.
Look inside your bbndk folder->host(version)->win32(if compiling from windows, otherwise linux)->x86-usr->bin
and look for version of your c++ compiler, it is not 6.5, it is probably 8.0
