Every so often, I only get the last x lines of the console log. Evenually it is reset but I don't know how to do it or how the reset occurs.
Once it starts limiting output, fewer and fewer lines are displayed each for each test.
Can't find any settings that limit output. or how to clear any files (which should be deleted automatically anyways).
I really do need the log right from the beginng

go to 'Settings'
then you'll find settings to limit Console output

I think you meant "preferences". I had already increased the limit. But when I looked at it a second time I noticed that you can remove the limits so I did that. What was happening was that the program was looping and generating so much debug data that when I increased the limit it just generated more and just displayed the last x,000 lines. Once I realized what was going on I found the bug causing the loop (that I created trying to track down the original issue) and then it was back to normal. I was able to eventually resolve the originally issue.

I think you meant "preferences". ....
curious: Momentics IDE is in english on my german OSX - the only Menu translated into german by OSX is the 'Momentics' -Menu where the "Einstellungen" are located. and in some apps they're named settings in others preferences - now I know in Momentics it's 'Preferences' ;-)
great to hear that you found it and it helped to solve your issue
