I checked with BlackBerry development and they are fixing the issue of contacts that are regular contacts but also linked to Twitter/Facebook.....those will show in the next release.
Smiley, if you want to send me a zip of your project I will take a look and help you get the contact picker working (assuming the project isnt't highly confidential). Just private message me and I'll be glad to help.
Thanks. Basically I took the sample app from BlackBerry Jam.
here is it
if you get it working please let me know your findings.

It works as expected with no problems. I only had to add the translations folder to get it to build. I am using build 10..0.10.261 and running on latest version on Dev Alpha B.
sorry can't see the screen shot.
I got the same leaked OS version.
I dont understand why i wont work for me. can you post project?

Yes I have some manually created contacts that do not have links and still doesn't show up.
Even when I run the Contacts app and select the menu button (left bottom) it lists all the contacts. If i select Facebook, twitter etc.. i get nothing even though I have contacts.

The code posted previously works for me too. I use no filters, for a change.
I cannot seem to get the signal connection working, though. Any ides why? I think it may be due to missing #include statements in my code, anyone know what exactly should be included in order to get the connection to work?
