Developer Issue Tracker (Website) broken?

Hello

 

I just tried to report an issue in the blackberry developer issue tracker:

https://www.blackberry.com/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa

 

I was able to register and login, but after logging in, I just get a white website, and the browser is reloading all the time.

 

Anyone else has this problem? Is the website broken?

It's working correctly for me. Can you PM me your BBID and I can make sure your account is set up correctly? You can also try clearing your cache, as it seems to sometimes get into a funky state.

@rggjan: That's odd. In the past we've had a few users with incorrectly provisioned accounts, but I don't see an rggan@gmail.com in the DIT system at all. Are you SURE that's the email used for your BBID? If you are, I'll keep looking for another cause.

 

@tommy20: Can you (and anyone else having this issue) private message me your BBID, and I can see if your account needs to be set up properly?

@rggjan: Can you please private message me the URL you get for the BBID sign in page, as well as the URL for the page you get stuck reloading on? Please private message them to me rather than posting them on the forum.
