Does BB Z10 STL100-3 have temperature function?

Purpose: Obtain temperature value.

Question:

Does BB Z10 STL100-3 have temperature function? If not, just let us know.

Action:when I execute sensor_is_supported, dialog shows that the sesor is not supported.

Mini code:

if (!sensor_is_supported(SENSOR_TYPE_TEMPERATURE)) {
    snprintf(msg, MSG_SIZE, "SENSOR_TYPE_TEMPERATURE not supported by device!");
    show_dialog_message(msg);
    closeshutdown();
    return EXIT_FAILURE;
}

Thanks your attention,

I don't think it's supported.  I am confirming with our sensors team and will update the thread.

Can you confirm if you are trying to use this to measure surrounding/room temperature?   As per our sensors team this is not possible.

The Z10 does not support the SENSOR_TYPE_TEMPERATURE.

Re: Does BB Z10 STL100-3 have temperature function?

I just try to get all the sensor_type data.

Temperature senor should get surrounding temperature information.

Thanks you guys. I got the answer.
