Re: Getting Makefile error when build an application in device-release mode

Could you provide details of the error please? Paste the console output of the build process into your post and someone will try to help.

Thanks

Re: Getting Makefile error when build an application in device-release mode

[ Edited ]

Hi,

I am getting this error when i am exporting a build in device-release build.

Packaging failed:1
Error: Invalid asset path "arm/o.le-v7/projectname.so"

In Console, i can see this information

make[2]: Leaving directory `E:/projectname/arm'
Makefile.Release:196: *** multiple target patterns. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `E:/projectname/arm'
make[1]: *** [release] Error 2
make: *** [Device-Release] Error 2

But in device-debug mode it is able to export the build.

Please provide any solution for this problem.

Regards,

Naresh Kodumuri.

Re: Getting Makefile error when build an application in device-release mode

1.delete follwing folders from your project explorer...

  * arm              * o          * o.le-v7         *o.lev-7-g           * o-g              *x86

2. now rebuilt your application.. your problem will solve..

I think you build your old app after upgraded sdk... try this method.. me to resolved this problem like this only..

Are you using Momentics or command line to build your project?

Have you tried cleaning your project before building?

Is your project really called "projectname"?

Please paste the entire output from the build process here, not just the error. Thanks.
