Getting all letters of a language

Hi, I know its crazy but would it be possible to retrieve all letters of a specific language from the system? For example I would call a method that inputs an English language and gets the result "abcdefg.....z" I need it to get all characters of lets say... Chinese or Japanese  which  would probably get to about thousands characters

No you would not be able to get this from the device.

And just so you know there are 3 different character sets used in Japanese with the Kanji section having roughly 2000 characters. Chinese has over 80,000 with roughly a few thousand in common use then increasing based on education level, language (Mandarin being the one to start with) and dialect.
