HELP !! Adding additional Paths in native C code, results in Error #3500 Method not found

I have a native C code ,which has references to additional C libraries as shown below: (The D:/STCSearchEngine/* references)

However when I run this code, in this project through an adobe native extension, I get the Error #3500 The extension context does not have a method executeSearch (Screen shot below).

 

But if i execute the same code removing the additional C library references the code executes fine (that is remove the D:\* links from above screenshot).

Can any one suggest me on why this problem should occur?
