Headless Application Question

Hi,

I am developing my first headless application and so far I have it running correctly when the system starts as intended by putting the following in my bar-descriptor..

<action>bb.action.system.STARTED</action>
<mime-type>application/vnd.blackberry.system.event.STARTED</mime-type>

My question is if I close the app using device monitor then reopen the app by clicking on the gui app icon then the headless part doesn't seem to be run again - is there something else to put in the xml file to make sure my headless app is always started if my app is closed and reopened?

Thank you.

Re: Headless Application Question

There isn't anything built in to do this for you.  The GUI part of your application could check and see if the headless application is running and invoke it if it's not.
