Today, I cannot log in to my vendor portal. I don't know what is happening.
Contact BlackBerry World Vendor Support for help with that.

I think I have run the correct procedure, means apply for signing permissions before developing long-running headless apps. Following is I quoted from BlackBerry developer blog.
...Before developing long-running headless apps, you will have to apply for signing permissions through the App Permissions Request portal we launched with 10.2 ...

Pathetic situation is after requesting, I'm getting vendor portal not found message when I trying to access this link and vendor account status is disabled message when I'm trying to log-in to vendor portal with my BlackBerry ID that I have previously logged and sent the request.
Any suggesions please...

The BlackBerry World Vendor portal doesn't currently support BlackBerry ID. You would have different login information for it.
As for the not found link, I just tried it and it was working. Are you still seeing the not found error?

Now I have a valid Vendor Portal account for BlackBerry World. The problem remaining is with the Headless App Permission Reuest link. Still I'm getting Vendor account not found message when try try to access that link.

What step in the forum do you get that error? Can you post a screenshot (blur out any personal information)?

Error is gone now. I don't know how. Now I again fill the online forms for developing long running headless App Permission Request. I've attached an image of the final submission form.
I hope this time I'll get the approval and support to implement my long running headless app.
