All that I have found on the internet is too old and useless, the plug in has different configs now.
From where do I do it?
I tryed "Sign for Black Berry world" but then I get :
"Bar is not RDK signed Bar is not AUTHOR signed. This bar contains unsigned entries which have not been integrity-checked." , when I try to upload it to AppWorld.
From this post it says that I have to export the release build: link

you can export a release build by clicking File -> Export & then selecting release build under the Blackberry folder, it should be visible by default, after you click it it will build your app have you authenticate your keys, and then output the .bar file into the folder you specify, by default it's arm/o.le-v7

Strangely there is no option to exportas blackberry .bar under File / Export.
I managed to create a signed .bar by right clicking on the project and then Black Berry Tools / Sign for Black Berry World:

Open bar-descriptor.xml file . click on general tab (left bottom corner) . There is option export release build under related settings and actions title

Just to clarify, are we talking about Blackberry 6/7 Java or BB10 Cascades? If it's cascades, open up bar-descriptor.xml, General tab and there should be a link on the right-hand side that says Export Release Build.
If this is Blackberry Java, however, this topic needs to be moved to the correct forum
