I just remembered there is another way which is called blackberry world sandbox testing.
You can have a try with this way for BB10. But I only tested this way for the old BB applications.
Update: just realized there is not a physical keyboard. Does someone know whether there is this kind of similar sandbox testing for BB10 or not. Or OTA installation for BB10 is available or not? Thanks

Activate development mode for your device. In the BlackBerry World then you have a section Development Mode in the settings. Pull down from the top bezel > Settings > Development Mode. There you can enter you content ID or SKU.

So that the sandbox testing is also available for BB10. Right? It is great. You can set up several sandbox account for the testers. It will be the best solution for the testers to download the app from app world before publishing it.

I tried doing the same on my machine but when I enter in the content id and/or sku number I get an error message "Requested content not found" I have verified and it is there, so I'm very confused as to why I'm getting this message..
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

I don't know if you found your problem, but the SKU can be found in the Product Info page.
I've got an issue with ths option, I can found my product, but it show in BB World the Last reviewed App, not the new posted Draft !
Any idea why, someone ?
