I have created the cascades BB10 project and tested on my BB10 device.
Now, Before I submit it to Blackberry Word, I want to share BAR file with testers (who have their own BB10 devices) for testing.
What is the good way to do so?
Is it ok if I share only BAR file created in <project dir>/arm/o.le-v7-g/<BAR file>?
On how many devices, I can deploy this BAR file? I there any restriction on number of devices?
Do I need any special setting in BAR file to deploy it on other BB10 devices?
Thanks in advance.

In your project bar-descriptor file in General tab on right side there are 7 options.
Among these click on fourth option Export release build. Then it will create a .bar file of your project and it will store in the Bar Package folder of your project structure. You can copy it from there and share it.

The follow on 'trick' is how to get the bar file on to your testers BB10 device?
I am sure there are a variety of other ways, but the way I do it comes from the fact that I have ported a few Android apps. If you download the Android command line tools, there is a deploy bat file, that is relatively easy to configure. So I package that up with the bar file and give that to my testers to unzip on their PCs, then they run the bat file.
There are two further issues related to this procedure though.
a) The users have t put their BB device into Development mode with the password that is a parameter to the deploy process.
b) The IP address for the BB10 device is also a required parameter. And you have different IP addresses depending on whether the tester's device is USB connected or WiFi connected.
So this is not a trivial way to distribute testing applications. Your users need to be a bit more skilled than they used to be in BB7 days when all you needed to give them was a URL.

Thanks a lot Hemant! I will do that.
Could you please also throw some light on following:
How can testers install this BAR file on thier BB10 devices?
Do they need to install entire developement setup? (which I dont want to recommend IDE installation, etc)

You can install the bar file through DDBP tool.
Run this tool plugin your device through system. Check your device is in development mode or not. If not make it on.
Then in that tool click on scan button, this tool automatically detect your device ip address and after this add your .bar file through this tool and click on install button.
Like this your bar file will install in your device.
