How to subscribe to Wifi signal strength events?

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to obtain changes in the wifi signal strength for a QT/Cascades application. There does not appear to be a C++ API for this even in 10.2.1. WifiDirect and Broadband both have API's but I am not able to find anything for Wifi except for some low level C functions.

If anyone has any experience with this can you please point me to some snippet of code that can do this. I have already looked at all of the documentation for wifi_service_* but I am not able to figure out the sequence of these calls to subscribe to these events.

Thanks in advance.

Re: How to subscribe to Wifi signal strength events?

I'm having this problem as well. I can detect the signal strength of the networks scanned, but I have to go through each one of them to find the signal of the network I'm connected to, as there doesn't appear to be a function to do that, and the event function doesn't get called if there's a change in the signal strength.
