I Can't receive RDK CSJ file in attachment

Hi,

 

I have registered for signing keys to following URL. 

https://www.blackberry.com/SignedKeys/

 

I always receive "PBDT CSJ" file in attachment but i can't receive "RDK CSJ" file in attachment.  As per the documentation you will receive 2 files but i got 1. I registerd 3 times by assuming there is any kind of technical issues at BBM server but no luck.

 

I have also follow the following post but it does not help me to resolve this issue.

FYI, i am attaching the Order number of my 3 registration emails.

Check your spam folder.  Often these email messages are filtered as spam.  If you don't find it there try registering with a different email address.

try using different information for registration.
