I'd recommend much higher specs, because from personal experience these are the minimum (meaning you'll be pretty frustrated using a computer with minimum specs)

Those are pretty decent requirements, I think that should be enough to work without too much frustrations. I do recommend the 4GB of RAM though, 8GB if you want to use the simulator.
