More options for Photoshop exporter for Cascades ?

[ Edited ]

Dear Support, the current requirements are a bit tight to actually get to work with the Photoshop exporter for Cascades:

Before you begin

  • Install Adobe Photoshop on your system. (Supported versions: CS5)
  • Make sure you're running a supported OS: Windows XP, Windows 7 or Mac OS X 10.6.x

from:

https://developer.blackberry.com/cascades/documentation/design/cascades_exporter/install.html

I currently run Photoshop CS6 on Mac OSX 10.7.4 so I'm out of luck on both fronts.

(I'll try in a minute anyway).

OK i Tried the exporter with Mac OSX 10.7.4 and CS6, but it's a no go, Though you can install it it's not functional in CS6.

Additional notes: when trying to unzip the plugin, on MA OSX10.7 isn't recongized as a proper unzippable file and it actually gets packed again as a cpgz file opinging that gives you a new zip, etc...... Had to use a WIndows 7 machine to unzip it properly.

So much for my advantures for now.

Re: More options for Photoshop exporter for Cascades ?

Hi,

This seems odd - Could you submit an issue using the issue tracker for this?

Thanks!
