I am new to bb development. When installing the native sdk for playbook (I tried 2.1 and then 2.0) on osx (snow Leopard 10.6), I get a message saying "32 bit architecture detected". The popup window says something like ' blackberry native sdk for playbook does not support 32 bit architecture'.
Has anyone seen this before? Is there something obvious that I'm overlooking?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I have an older MacBook Pro (2006) that does not appear to support the 64 bit kernel.
Is there something in the NDK documentation that says it does not support 32 bit architecture? I searched and could not find anything.
The interesting thing is that the newer NDK (Blackberry 10) will install fine, but that doesn't help with the Playbook.
